Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?
Browse through Our Collection, select the Item, Quantity, Size, and then click “Add to Cart”. You may then proceed to checkoutand make payment via PayPal/PayNow.

Can I change my address or edit my order even after the order is confirmed?
We seek your understanding that we can only modify the order if the order has not been shipped out.

In any case, please give us a call at Tel: +65 6296 7014 (Monday to Friday, 9:30am - 6pm), for further assistance as soon as possible. We will try our utmost best to help you.


What is your shipping policy?
Local Shipping: We aim to complete your order within 3 to 7 working days, from the day you receive the Order Confirmation email notification. The delivery time depends on the availability of the items at the warehouse and our courier partners' delivery schedules. Our courier partners will strive to attempt deliveries between 12pm - 6pm daily.

The following shipping charges apply.

  • S$3.00 shipping charges for orders below S$60
  • FREE shipping for orders S$60 and above

Self-collection is now available at the stores listed below. Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to reach the store.  Our staff will contact you when your item is ready for collection.

Do you do delivery outside Singapore?

We can arrange for delivery to other destination countries. Please email us via customer@coldwear.com.sg the item you would like to order and the delivery address. We will compute the shipping charges and advise you accordingly. Your order will be shipped within 3 days after receipt of payment via TT Remittance. We reserve the right to cancel the order if our courier partner is unable to deliver the order to the address given.

International Shipping: Overseas delivery is estimated at 7 – 21 days depending on the destination countries. We aim to despatch your order within 3 working days from the day you receive the Order Confirmation email notification. However, we are unable to confirm an exact delivery time as there may be delays in local customs clearance. Tracking number will be provided to keep you updated on the status of your order.

  • S$30 shipping charges for South East Asia - Brunei, Burma (Myanmar), Cambodia, Laos, the Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam for orders below $280.
  • S$5 shipping charges for Malaysia for orders below $100.
  • S$50 shipping charges for Australia and New Zealand for orders below $280.
  • S$70 shipping charges for Europe, US and all other countries, for orders below $280

FREE shipping for orders S$280 and above.


What is your exchange policy?

Merchandise must be exchanged in its original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed, unaltered or defective), with all tags attached.

Please note that shipping fee ($3.00 for local and ranges from $5, $20, $50 and $70 for overseas) will be applied if the balance purchase is less than $280. Exchanges are to be done at any of our COLDWEAR shops, and only after you have received an email confirmation from us.

We can only accept exchange requests within 7 days from the date of receipt and the product must reach us within seven (7) days upon our approval of the exchange. Please note that Sale items, Thermalwear, Consignment items and any items worth SGD$10 or less are non-exchangeable.

We are unable to exchange THERMALWEAR due to hygiene reasons. 

To exchange, please send your request to customer@coldwear.com.sg with the following details:

1. Your [order or invoice] number

2. Description of the issue e.g. Received the wrong item / Size does not fit

3. The Product ID found on the hangtag, product packaging or invoice

4. Pictures, if applicable

COLDWEAR upholds a firm non-refundable policy.


What is the lead time for exchange requests?

Once your exchange request is confirmed, we will assist you in exchanging your items within 3-5 business days. 


How can I track my order?
You may track your order from the email notification sent to you.
What if I am not at home when my package arrives?
In such an event, the courier will contact you directly to re-arrange another delivery.

My order is not here yet. What should I do?
You can track your order with the tracking number furnished in the Order Confirmation email notification. Alternatively, you may contact us at Tel: +65 62967014 or via email: customer@coldwear.com.sg with your Order Number.


Are there any areas that COLDWEAR does not deliver to?
For Singapore: Due to restrictions and limitations placed by area or organisations, we regret that that we are unable to make deliveries to the following areas:
              Jurong Island
              Tuas Link
              Changi Cargo
              Country Clubs
              Army Camps
              Seletar Aerospace
              Off-shore Islands such as Pulau Ubin
              Turf Club Avenue
              Singapore Prison Quarters
              Airbase sites
              SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1
              ST Kinetics
              Airport Boulevard, and all airport areas including areas within Changi Airport and Seletar Airport

Should you work at the above locations, please set your delivery address to a location where our drivers can deliver to, such as your home address.

For Overseas: We reserve the right to refund and cancel the transaction if our courier is unable to deliver the order to the address given.
